5. Delivery & Pickup

If delivery is offered, delivery times are estimates and may vary due to volume, traffic, weather, or other factors. We are not responsible for delays outside our control.

You are responsible for ensuring pickup and delivery information is accurate. If you provide an incorrect address or contact information, we may not be able to complete your order and refunds may not be available.


6. Refunds, Returns & Chargebacks

Because food is perishable, all sales are generally final once an order is prepared. However, we care about your experience.

While we may provide ingredient information upon request, we cannot guarantee any item is allergen-free or suitable for all dietary needs. You are responsible for notifying us of allergies and dietary restrictions before ordering.


8. Promotions, Specials, Fundraisers, & Gift Cards

From time to time, we may offer promotions, discounts, specials, fundraiser offers, or gift cards. Promotions may have additional terms, expiration dates, usage limits, or restrictions and may be modified or discontinued at any time.
